142 West 10th Street

Located on one of the most coveted streets in Greenwich Village, this turn-of-the-century apartment house has been transformed into an updated classic. The original building featured an ornamental façade and refined marble staircase, but the rooms were narrow and confined. Blesso Properties preserved the delightful historic elements of the structure while reworking the interiors to create spacious, integrated condominium units. The interiors, designed in-house by Blesso, received an American Institute of Architects Award of Merit. The four residential condominium units sold in January 2005 for record per-square-foot prices for walk-up condos in the village.
