Michael Schneider,

Michael Schneider manages legal affairs and the finance and capital structuring of Blesso Properties' projects. He began his career in real estate as an associate at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP (now Thelen), and most recently worked as an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. He has represented banks and institutional lenders in connection with construction and permanent mortgage loans as well as real estate development and management companies in connection with acquisition, finance and portfolio structuring. Mike earned a BA in political science from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD (cum laude) from New York Law School.
